KEY LARGO, Florida Keys – Science fiction and horror film enthusiasts will delight in a three-night performance of “The Rocky Horror Show,” the ultimate campy horror comedy musical, Oct. 14-16 in Key Largo.

The parody follows the misadventures of a pair of innocents who cross paths with deranged villains, and features a blended cast of professional actors and local amateurs. The play was written by Richard O’Brien and preceded the wildly popular 1975 “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” movie.

Presented by Friends of the Key Largo Cultural Center, the show is directed by Debra Ginsberg.

Performances are to be at the 250-seat theater inside the Murray E. Nelson Government and Cultural Center at mile marker 102 in Key Largo.  Show times are Friday, Oct. 14, and Saturday, Oct. 15, at 8 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 16, at 7 p.m.

Tickets are available at the Friends of the Key Largo Cultural Center website, www.fklcc.org.
